Problem
- fitness apps and shopping apps were separate experiences, with little direct motivation loop between them
- the product needed both a consumer concept and an executable first version

- built and led a small team with marketing and product functions
- developed the iOS app
- planned and designed the UX/UI
Outcome / proof
- independently developed the iOS app and launched it on the App Store
